I saw this earlier and was wondering if this was a modification or if our trucks were available in england or something. I always thought slicker were only made and available in the US. Anyways thought i would get some talk going about this.
This truck is out of New South Wales Australia. Ford Australia built the trucks there up into the 1980's. This is not a conversion. I've saw a few of them the few times I was down under.
I don't think they would have been used for post offices, if i remember right a lot of what the military and government vehicle deals were with jeep back then.
I worked at a NAPA auto parts store for awhile and had a guy that would drive an international scout right hand drive for mail delivery. He said he like the broncos better than the scouts, but they quit making them right hand drive awhile ago. I know they made the Broncos @ Michigan truck plant and they also made the 150's & 250's there.
