Here's how I look at it... What is the point in getting gauges to monitor vitals that could prevent big problems and cheaping out on them?
I paid 227 for boost, egt, and trans temp on ebay two years ago for some Autometer Ultralites... Clean look and good quality. Add 40 bucks for a pod. You can get cheap glow shift but lots of people have problems with them and they look like they belong in a honda civic.
Nothing wrong with the glowshifts. They work fine for me. 200 bucks I think it was. Compare what I can with the scangauge trans and boost are where they should be.
Im basicly in the same spot your in. Ive been looking around and glowshifts look like a good deal. Some guys run them on here and like them. From what ive heard the costomer service is pretty easy to get ahold of and they usally replace broken parts. If you talk to Jim from Rosewood Diesel he can get you a better price then off their website.
