I don't think the stepside is stock but I would be all over it. I like the stacks on it, it's not normal to see one a gasser. If I had the money now it would be a fight over it.
I just bought it. It's in pretty good shape, some rust above the windshield and the cab corners. Its a chevy stepside bed. gonna get 'er done after i finish my 79! my dad and I are gonna tear it down and rebuild it into a 4wd machine. (that spends all its time on the road.)

Sweet! Contact me if you need some 4wd stuff....I'm close to Maryville.....I've got 2 '79 f250 4x4 trucks that I'm gonna use some parts and sell the rest....both are 4speed with 205 transfer case. One has no axles(D60s went in my Jeep) other has a HD44 front, D60 rear......Good Luck with it. Also have a 77 F100 body/frame only but good shape. Probably gonna use the cab from it for my F350 dump truck.
You're not too far from my parents then. They're in south knox. ill def be in touch. its gonna get some rust treatment and get back to a decent mechanical shape, (and a new bed!!) then it'll be waiting on the other projects. My dad is finishing up a '48, and i've got the 79. Nothing like 3 projects at once, right??
Cool!.......In the words of Charlie Daniels "Ain't it good to be alive and be in Tennessee?"
And Hank Jr. sums it all up......"A country boy can survive"
