where can I get new idle mix adjustment screws for a 2 bbl Motorcraft Carb on a 1972 - 360ci.?

 

Try a junk yard or a carb shop.

 

or buy a parts carb off of CL or the auction site.

 

^ ^ Going by what y'all say, the OP is gonna buy used parts that may be no better than what he has now...could be worse.
The springs fit into the carb first, followed by the screws. Dunno if you need the springs...or not, but prolly should replace them.
