Upfitter wires are under the steering wheel behind the kick plate. There should also be some blunt end pass through wires going to the engine compartment so you don't have to drill through the firewall.

if you look right above the ebrake you will see 4 wires taped to the wire harness but I forget the colors of the wires but they are labeled aux 1-4 and yes they are fused. here is the link to the colors and size of fuses.
