Hi Ken
Sorry for any confusion, to clarify... I worked as BD Power's East Coast territory rep for 10 year, while doing so I build a lot of great relationships by helping out on the diesel forums. After I started my own business BC Diesel... BD Power allowed me to continue to maintain my contacts on the forums and maintain inquiries.
You likely had your truck serviced on King Rd in Abbotsford and can contact the service department at1-800-887-5030 or click the BD Logo below for more details.
Hope this helps
Dave

For simplicity lets call one BD and the other BC to eliminate confusion with the words Diesel and Power
I own BC but answer questions for BD on the forums, two different companies two different jobs.
Why do I answer BD's questions on the forums? Because I worked for BD for 10 years, I know and support BD's products 100% and enjoy helping customers on the forums so customer such as your self have experienced members to turn to for questions and answers on BD's products
"BD" makes "BD" Transmissions and installs them too
BC also installs BD transmissions and supports BD transmissions online.
Clear as mud
