Too many short trips?

Too many short trips?
I bought a 2011 F-350 DRW LB 2X4 in Sept 2011 to pull our 18,000 lb fifth wheel. Aside from the 2-3 weekends per month of pulling the 5'er, I use the truck primarily as a daily driver. I drive about 800 miles per month at most due to working from home most days and when I do go to the office it's only a 7 mile one way trip. I have read on many posts that these trucks (and diesels in general) do not like short, slow trips so I am wondering if I need to take a drive each week (or every other) of some miles on the freeway to break up the short trips or if some other action will help. Since we are not camping during the winter months, I have pulled the 5'er very little over the last 2 months. Any advise would be appreciated.
