Do you mean the bolt pattern for the carb and the adapter?
They should be the same pattern but I wouldn't bid a whole lot for that carb. If you look close the link from the choke pull-off plunger to the choke butterfly has been broken off so someone has put a manual choke conversion on it. It might work OK but I just thought I'd warn ya'.

That carb probably wouldn't even make an acceptable core for a return on a reman unit. Buy an aftermarket carb so you get new parts and all of the paperwork and manuals on it that show how to make adjustments.

i'll probably just buy a 500 cfm holley or maybe a 390 4-barrell, thanks again.
