2002 HP and Torque bump?

2002 HP and Torque bump?
I know it's wiki, but I see the 2002 has a 15 hp and 25 torque bump. Is this true? Why? I have an 02 so kinda cool.

Gotcha. Not that big of a deal, just thought it was interesting. I thought late 99 to 03 were the same.
