Floppy Sun Visor On '92 F250
<hr style="color:#D1D1E1" size="1"> This has been bugging me for awhile and I can't figure a fix.

The driver's side (interior, obviously) sun visor keeps dropping down - now even when I go over a small bump. The end is still on the clip; the visor is too loose on the rod that holds it.

Any solutions out there?

I want to fix the OEM visor. There must be a way to tighten it on the shaft.

Word is that you can remove the visor from the rod by simply pulling it off, then slightly bend the rod and reinstall.

My solution is, find a truck with the same color interior, and take the visors out of it. It's just 3 screws to take out to remove it.

That's what I did. I wanted a set with the passenger side mirror and killed two birds with one stone.

Mine are grey fibre board, not cloth-covered. If yours aren't cloth-covered, I may be interested. I'll try the fix (above) first.

Mine are dark blue probly not what your looking for and i think they are the leather. I know they are not cloth though
