Good safe spot to keep pistol

Looking for a spot in the ex to keep my gun where it is quickly accessible but out of sight and secure.

If you take off the back seat cup holders in the console between the front seats a pistol fits nicely in there.... I heard, heh heh...

On your left side, cross-draw style then swap to strong side when you exit!

I keep it on my hip when I am driving short hauls. For long trips I take the gun and paddle holster off and put it in the top driver door pocket. A bunch of practice draws in the driveway (with and UNLOADED gun) and I am almost as quick drawing it left handed from the door as I am right handed from my hip. If I need it out of sight I have placed it in the center console, used a soft inside the waistband holster and wedged in between the driver seat and the console, or a leather holster and stashed it under my seat.
This is part of why I am looking at putting a locking box concealed in the rear passenger side barn door. I want a secure and hidden place to stash it for those rare times I go somewhere that I can't carry it. Hope this helps.

No.

I just did a quick Google search because I remembered seeing one for the center console in a thread a long time ago.

I have been trying to come up with a way to mount a holster to the inside of the center console. But for now, on long rides I also keep mine in the upper door pocket in a fabric type holster.
