i just got off the phone with Mike and he said that the dealer just called him and said the EGR cooler is leaking this time and they think that has been causing the problem. the valve was clogging, but it was dry so they did not think the cooler was bad, but did not know why it was clogging every three weeks. this time it was clogged and moist, so they determined the cooler is leaking.
