Bought truck in December it was back at the dealer by January, Fuel pump crapped out and wiped out my injectors, fly by night warranty won't cover the injectors just the pump.
Which injectors should I buy and what is the shop time on replacing them just so I know what I am in store for
thanks
Tom
Motorcraft injectors. Anything else is a waste of time and money. You're looking at 200-240 a hole plus core charge and installation. I don't understand why the warranty won't cover the injectors. If it was me I'd be cashing that POS warranty out and try a Ford ESP that will cover them.
Shoot Matty169 a private message. He can get them for you for a very good price. The alternative is Tousley Ford but they're a bit more money.
ya matty169 has a badass price he offered to me also but i wheeled and dealed with ford and got a good deal if i let them do the install and got some kind of probably bs warranty.... and it was a gift from my pops as a late xmas gift... SCORE so it didnt cost me anything... now i owe him
Warranty was a joke supposedly covered enging trans and drivetrain. They feel the injectors are part of the fuel delivery system not the engine, even though the engine is useless without them
