Running board swap
I am looking at a 2004 with low miles and almost everything I want on it, except it has the black running boards as opposed to the chrome steps on the side.
Can one of you experts tell me how hard it is to swap them out? I know the color matched boards have lights with them and I think the chrome ones look 1000% better. What will it take to do the swap. Thank you in advance for your help.

When I installed nerf bars on the Ex, I put LEDs in the sockets, sealed 'em and zip-tied the the wires under the body so they shine down under the truck when the doors open. I never really liked how they shined at my feet anyway.
