F550 Heater issue
Unit is parked outside at night, plugged in.
Drive for 45 minutes, temp gauge shows approximately mid-range.
Put the control to A/C and it blow hot.
Start driving, the air cools right down.
Eventually, it gets luke warm, hit the brakes to slow down, starts blowing cold.
You can hear the fan working pretty hard, but not much flow.
Been to the dealer twice, first time they said coolant was low ( it was 1/2 inch below the neck in the overflow) and the thermostat was no good ( the new thermostat didn't show any remarkable change on the temp gauge ). The second time they said nothing is wrong, there is 151 degree air coming from the vent.
I have had two F550 trucks previously, they would cook a steak on the dash in ten minutes in -40 weather.
Any ideas????
Thanks
