I have the ac on my superduty that needs system evacuated and recharged. What are your thoughts and opinions on the vacuum pumps that connect to a aircompressor? It would be for my ocassioal use. Thanks.
All depends how good compressor/tank you have. They sure take lot of air fast.
HF is having those for about $20.
Now for AC service it is advisable you take it to a shop that will recycle the refrigerant instead of dumping it into atmosphere.
Why do you need to discharge system holding the pressure anyway?
