Yea idiot me forgot to drain the rails before I pulled the injectors and the back exhaust valve on both side. So there is a nice puddle of oil on the floor. But I did now confirm my uppipe leak on the manifold by oil coming out around the flange. So all in all it was a good day
It's probably hard to tell unless they are side-by-side, but the middle/big ring of the cheap aftermarket o-rings are a purple-ish color, whereas the Alliants are more of a red/pink.
We can always tell when injectors have the cheap o-rings, and unfortunately a lot of times they are injectors from other shops that cheap-out and use the junk.
Also, in the pic you posted, look toward the bottom left, look at the amount of backer ring material that oozed out the steel ring groove. That looks like an Alliant o-ring after 400k miles, not 5k miles.
