So: CO = 1960
A = Full size Ford. 50's Fairlane, 60's Galaxie & LTD etc
E = Engine part instead of Chassis part
9425 = Intake Manifold
F= Well, here is your question. This specifies size or type of engine, but the link above doesn't say.
For comparison, which probably throws things off. My 1955 239 Y-block intake is stamped EBV 9425 0

don't see anything around distributor hole.

how about some exhaust manifold numbers?
C2TE 8430 A passenger side-crossover system.
Ford changed numbering systems in the 50s, EB series seem to be 292 Y-blocks, EC series 312 Y-blocks, ECZ- started all the 57 312 PNs I dealt with on T-birds. ED series were Lincoln, I had a 430 that was referred to as an "EDJ" engine, all PNs started EDJ, as in EDJ-9424-, or EDJ-9430-, EDJ-9431-. You get the picture.
EC series 312 Y-blocks, ECZ- started all the 57 312 PNs
That's not entirely true. ECZ was not just 312 PNs. For example a ECZ Block could be a 292 or 312. ECZ-G heads were used on 272, 292 and 312 in '57. ECZ-B manifold was used on all four barrel equipped engines in '57. Ford keeping us on our toes.
