Mustangs or Broncos...we're all horse/pony lovers! LOL!ErrorS - where I come from, NO person is better than another, regardless of what possessions one may have accumulated. Maybe you meant to say "better off", but that's also debatable. I would MUCH rather have the money in the bank than the vehicles I have...while interest on that money in the bank is next to nothing these days, my vehicles cost me money just by having them. I'm disabled with MS and this Thursday is my last day at work, before retiring, so my income is about to be DRASTICALLY reduced...which begs the question, "why the HELL did I go out and buy a new Mustang???" I like to rationalize it like this...my 07 Avalanche was paid off and I couldn't sell it...without giving it away. I got a KILLER deal on the Mustang, and because it will be my daily driver, it's MUCH more economical than the Avalanche was, and I only had to give $3500 difference between the two, so I consider it a good "investment"...yeah, that sounds good...I'm goin' with it!
my backup is an 02' Accord Coupe V6 that JUST hit 100k miles. Great car but it's starting to feel old. In the market for a car around 25k, has to be a sedan. Just rented a Kia Optima and absolutely fell in love with it, thinking about the 2l turbo? I'd go Mustang (coupe? no more, need 4 doors) or Taurus ($35 grand loaded? ouch!) but at $25gs I get a fully loaded 270hp car with handling that holds it's own against a Mustang GT but with gas mileage that embarrasses an Accord.grr.. I wish I didn't have to have a Sedan and wish I were rich.
If you ever want to give it away you know who will take it. I'll even PM you my address just in case.
I have to go wipe off my key board now.
