OBD plug extra/unused wire?
I have an extra wire that I saw today. It is not inserted into the OBD plug, but is cut/bare. I think it was blu/yel. There is a sticker around the OBD harness near it that says something like "Power take off-read technician manual for installation".
What is this wire for?

Actually PTO driven hydro pumps can be used to power all sorts of work truck type devices. Anything from generators to hydro powered core drills, saws, valve operators etc. Lots of custom stuff out there.
