Always had Linux in my vehicle(s), Never tried the Rhino but heard good things about them too. Bed in standard black and bottom half of my 05 F250 color matched sprayed, posted pics of the bottom half of my truck in here somewhere.

Reason: added info
I've had both Rhino and Line-X and for what it's worth, I prefer Line-X. One thing that hasn't really been mentioned in the previous posts is that the Line-X seems to retain its color better than Rhino. My Rhino faded to gray in just over a year, whereas the Line-X is looking new after four years. Whichever one you choose to go with, be sure the installerremoves the bed mounting bolts before they spray it in. If you ever have to remove the bed, you will be much happier!
I've heard this before. Anybody know installers deal with a fifth wheel hitch in the bed? Is it safe to sandwich the liner with the hitch?
i like line-x myself.
that being said, i wont knock the guys with the drop in liners. my neighbor has a 2004 gmc 2500 with a drop in from day one. it had never been out before so i helped him take it out last fall to see what it looked like underneath. i was very surprised to see a little bit scuffed paint but not a spec of rust.
I had Line-x done on my new truck. It came out awesome. Bed bolts were pulled, tailgate off and plate removed, bed edges were perfectly taped off, etc.
In my opinion, if you go with Rhino or Line-x, go with the better installer rather than the product. They both have pro's and con's, but at the end of the day they are both quality products.

^Well said and I agree.
I have had, and like Rhino, but never had Line-x. We have an excellent Rhino installer that's been doing it for years, so I'll stick with him when I get my next liner.
Both Line-X and Rhino can NEVER lift off and fly like a kite down the highway. The wifey and I were almost killed last month when a bedliner took flight from a pickup coming the other direction.

Up here I have used Armaguard and it has been great. My dad has Rhino in his 01' and it is just like day 1. Spray-on is the best money I ever spent on my truck.
Skip all the drop-in plastic liners. Spray-in is the way to go.
Line-X and Rhino are both great. I've had each.
Line-X is a little harder and lower COF. You cannot dig a fingernail into it, and things will slide around a little easier. Also stains with oil less IMO.
Rhino is softer, and you can almost dig a fingernail into it. Stuff stays put better, but a shovel nose is more likely to cut it.
I have Rhino right now. I will go back to Line-X if there is a next time. But it depends on how you use YOUR truck.
I just purchased an 04 F-250 which hasa drop in. Do they cause a problem? Should I replace it with a spray in?

Not necessarily. You've already got it. That's different than choosing a new product. Lots of trucks out there have plastic drop-ins. Why not wait and see how you like it?
Any drop in I have pulled out had rubbed the paint under it down to bare metal. Plus the drain holes get plugged up and water/debris gets stuck and will rust under the liner. I think spray is the way to go. It is the first thing I have done to my trucks and my gf's truck also.
Wow! I didn't realize I sparked a friendly debate. Cool!
This is me just chiming in again; I do have a drop in currently. Bought it that way, used. I'm pretty sure there is surface rust under the drop in and if you haven't priced new truck beds, they are freaking expensive!!!
So, yes, I agree with the majority of you here about a spray on liner. I'm leaning toward Line-X. I just got a quote from Rhino Linings for around $430.00. Anyone have a Rhino Liner? What do you think about it?
Has anyone out here previously had a drop in liner and switched to a spay in/on? Would you mind sharing a cost estimate. I'm waiting on Line-X to open tomorrow to hopefully email me their quote.
