Broken clockspring?

I have a 94 F150 that the cruise control does not work on. The air bag light blinks on and off regularly and I have done some research and it seems like maybe the clockspring might be the culprit. However my horn still works...any ideas guys?

The airbag light blinks a code. Whats the code? Searching should have told you that. There is also a thread with all the codes.

The cruise control issue is easy to fix. That is on it's own system.

The air bag light is flashing code 32 which is "Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open". What do I need to do to fix this?

Clock spring. Not all the wires break at once, so you may still have a horn.The other 2 wires are broken.

Changing the clock spring is not that hard
