Question Why?

Does anyone know why there are so few accesories for Rangers after 97 I plan on buying a 98 ranger and was looking through a buddies stlyinconcepts.com magazine and noticed almost every part for rangers up untill 97. Im sure there is some stupid reson that I'm missing.

Like headlights tailights , dahkits all kinds of stuff oh and lifts.
