Performance Chip

Hey guys I have a quick question for ya'll. I have a chip from my old 2004 6.0 Liter. How do I tell who made it and what the hp/tq numbers are for it. I have a slip of paper with it that says UDH2. I don't have the truck anymore and I'm trying to sell it. Any help would be appreciated.

I would pull any info off of the chip like groups of numbers or names and google them. Once you find out who made it call them and ask if you cant find it online.
