Any questions you have about anything feel free to email DP, thell get back with you fast. I dont have an answer, the f5 you have to send in for new tunes or updates and the f6 new tunes or updates are an email away

As you can see...DP Tuner, PHP, and Tony Wildman are all highly thought of, and for good reasons. There product is quality, and their customer service is excellent. You can't go wrong with any of them. I'd avoid a Superchips.
I went DP Tuner with "HERS," and when I bought "HIS" it had a TS-style chip in it, so I had Brian at BTS reburn it with his tunes to maximize his transmission. There is more flexibility with a TS style chip (everyone but DP Tuner uses them), so if you ever decide to go with a different vendor, it's easy. But, Jody and DP Tuner make a FANTASTIC product, so don't let that dissuade you.

I am glad I purchased a Phoenix chip from PHP. The tunes are highly refined and they do a great job managing the EGTs. Aside from the power increase is a much better managed transmission shifting strategy. Makes my 4R100 feel like a 5R110 because it feels like it has 5 forward gears. 
(note: my trans is heavily modified so custom tunes might have more impact than a stock trans might...)
I would favor any of the custom tuners mentioned above in lieu of "one size fits all" flash programmers such as Superchips or Bully Dog etc. You get much more value for your dollar with custom tunes plus you get service after the sale. If something needs to be tweaked, most every reputable tuner can accomodate to meet your needs.
Of course you already have or are planning to get a set of gauges so you can monitor the vitals....correct?
