I had a busy weekend working on the truck doing a few appearance mods.
I installed a Steeltex Bull Bar (after seeing Rick Cargos), KC driving lights and black "SUPER DUTY" lettering on the grille and tailgate. I know it isnt true without pics so here yall go!

Costa I was bored and just looking around the form and ran into your pictures, The truck looks great. I do plan to come Houston on the 21 th., I will see at the next one
Looks great. I have a few questions as I am considering the same bullbar.
How difficult was the bullbar to install?
How long did the installation take?
Did you have to make any modifications to the truck or did the bullbar just "fit"?
Thanks,
gascan
Gas, the bullbar install was very easy and took about 1 hour with normal handtools. take the two bolts off on one side put bracket on and hand tighten remove bolts on other side and do the same then bolt the bar on. The bumper will get a little out of alignment so i had to lift a little on one side while tightening everything up. No modifications to the truck were necessary. The best looking bull bar I found was made by steelcraft and I purchased it from autoanything dot com. They run specials quite a bit and if you google autoantyhing coupons there are some good ones for them.

Maybe a short deer? There is a bracket that can be purchased that raises the license plate above the center bar on the bullbar but I am not so sure I want to go that route. I might put my plate back on..............maybe.

The install was fairly simple, mine took about 45 minutes and that was only because I'm very picky about having all my measurements level and equal. The only modification I did to the bull bar was to the lower brush guard piece. After slicing a finger on the backside of the brush guard while wiping off the air dam I installed some black flexible rubber edge molding to the backside of the brush guard.
Looks good, I really like the black "Super Duty" lettering. I have the same color truck too. I would attempt putting them on but me and vinyl lettering don't seem to get along.
