Gunny, I picked up some chrome letter inserts from Amazon. These were actually very thin metal that was chromed. Very easy install.

Gunny. If you will get a spray bottle and put water with just a small amount of dish soap you won't have any problems,spray it on they put letter down you can move around then work out airbubbles,very easy.

I got the letters from eurosportdaytona dot com and they are approx 1/16" thick and do not bend or flop around they are laser cut, very good quality and easy to install. Just clean the area Peel the adhesive and stick into place.

RedBoat -- Very good info! I just added site to my fav...they have some really cool stuff for the SD. Plan on ordering a 2012 SD in the next month or so. Thanks...

Biz, they also have letters for the "SUPERDUTY" letters right above the glovebox.I just got a set of those in the chrome finish and they look great also.
