I bought the 3/5 from stylin trucks 4 years ago for my 86. I got the beams for $320. Doing the 3/4 drop on the lightning now.
Stylin was more expensive by like $50 than summit racing. I told them on Facebook and they said they will price match summit and give me free shipping. But is there any better price?

Summit is $359.88
Dont use djm... I have bent mine twice. a guy on f150forum has bent some too. I dont know if I bent mine or they arrived bent. My passanger side was an inch off. I took them back off and low and behold it was bent up about 3/4". Needless to say they should not be bending though.
I have usually just google the belltech part# for their drop beams. Usually comes up with a few.
you get what you pay for with the djm stuff. I had the 3/4 kit and the shackles were to wide for 2.5" leaf springs. Caused my leaf spring bushing to push out because djm claims they are universal for 3" leafs as well. Lol at them! I ended up getting belltech shackles ment for 2.5" wide leafs. Nearly everything will be belltech when I'm done
I've ad djm beams and flip kit on my 86. I have their shackels on my truck now. Never had any problems. These trucks sit higher on one side no matter what beams you use. Thread on nloc about this.

Shackles arent to wide? Are you sure? They said they all come like that. Called eaton springs and their tech dude said no way thats ok, it will let the spring shift rather then compress like it should.
i got the djm hanger and shackle kit from godfather customs about 4 yrs ago. now with you having all these problems makes me want too go outside tomorrow and check to see if theres a issue with it. belltech here i come!!!!..... lol!!
I got my 3/4 back in 08 from stylintrucks. I had the truck parked till about late 09 then decided to put it all on. Granted I was 19 and not super mechanicaly inclined, I knew a little from doing lowering stuff on my friends chevy. So I did mine thinking it was going to be all ok. Went together in a brease, didnt take long to do.
Truck was driven for about 3 months then parked till mid 2011 doing body work and such. A friend of mine who is well brought up on lowering f100's and f150's, his being a 96 dropped and a 56 also dropped with stretched axles, he saw my shackles and was like, "Holy *****!!!, no wonder your rear end rides like crap!". This was mid last year when I had the 3/4.
Did the flip kit late last year and replaced shackles with stock ones and it rode 10 times better.
My guess is, I got the wrong shackles with my kit and djm didnt want to send me new ones. Their tech guy Mike is an idiot in my book

searched nloc for an hour and couldnt find nothing viable. Mine is lower on passanger side. Not driver like everyone is saying. I have switched drop coils and aligned the cab. New leaf springs and hangers and its still crooked.
I dont know if its my passanger side is to low or the driver sits to high from something I have no idea what.

I thought all these pickups had 3" springs, was it a 2wd 1/2 ton thing to use 2 1/2"?
