air bag light codes???

Hi all,
My first post in the F150 forum. Been over in the Super duty world for a short while.

My airbag light is flashing 4 4 and I'm looking for a list of codes to see what I need to do.

Thanks,

We need to know the SPECIFIC year of the truck in question. There are differences along the line.

LFC 44 on a 97 F150 indicates that the RH crash sensor has an electrical fault relating to its continuity to the vehicle frame.

Check the crash sensor condition and mounting. Passenger side, radiator support. Common problems are corrosion at the mount or even a completely deteriorated sensor or mount.
