We got nothing over night, but another inch or so today. I'm going to be pissed if the big storm doesn't happen tonight.

It has been snowing all day, but we don't have more than 2-3 inches since yesterday. Sounds like the big storm expected to hit Seattle went further south. News is reporting nearly a foot of snow once you go south past Olympia.

Still, the roads are covered here and everything is nice and quiet. I got some driving in to go get lunch, so I'm a happy camper.

Ya we had maybe half a foot this morning. Fresh powder too. The truck did fine going to work i hit one curb cause my front tires were sliding so i ended up going into the opposite lane then once i fumbled my way over to my lane And in the process of trying to re-correct and the front tires once again slid into a curb. It was a small bump but whatever. Then going to lunch i decided to try out 4wd... Not a good idea i was almost driving sideways the who way.

We finished up with maybe 4-5" of snow. The snow turned to light rain late this afternoon and then freezing rain tonight. The front of the truck was covered in a layer of ice when I got home tonight. It looks like a bad application of that 3M clear chip protector tape you can put on new vehicles.

I didn't brave work today, but I'm going to try it out tomorrow.

I think i had about the same onug you live near Auburn by chance? I had to work which ment shoveling snow ans working with the quicklube. Not too much to do but i washed 2 cars today and "helped" with a few customers. I checked tire pressure and lights... I tried building a snowman but apparently as i walked away it fell over so i grabbed the middle ball and left it on the hood of my truck, it lasted a little while before sliding off. Once the rain started everything had a hard crust on it making it interesting

I live in the Kirkland area. This is the first time I've experienced freezing rain. It was interesting to find my truck under a thick layer of ice this morning. The freeways are still covered in snow, so my commute was a bit longer this morning.

I just checked the truck. The ice in my tonneau is over a 1/2" thick. The drive home tonight will be fun. Hopefully my doors don't freeze shut.

We ended the epic storm with 9 inches. That friggin ice storm was a pain. I didn't bother going to work....don't want to deal with the ice. Weather service says we're in for 1-2 inches of snow then tomorrow it changes to rain. That's just lovely. But I did have a little fun sliding around corners doing a little drift action. 4Hi is getting a work out!!
