Your DVM values for the PIP sound good. The difference in values from manually grounding and the letting the PIP do it's job are significant. You have a path to follow, IMHO.

I am on good way, but don't know where to go now..
What else could have so strong influence to TFI grounding quality ? does PCM so ?
slow throttle - revs up, fast throttle to wot - starts to shake...
pressures are all between 115 and 125 psi. Changed almost all parts: spark plugs, injectors, dizzy, TPS, spark plug cables....
No power under load, what to look now at ?
Should be in the 30-38 psi range with the engine running at idle and the vacuum hose connected. 40-45 PSI with the vacuum hose disconnected or with the Key On/Engine Off.
Did you ever go back and check the grounds at the engine block, passenger side fender and on the radiator support?
Blue Rebel mentioned plug wires and routing. It is just as important to make sure the wires are routed correctly as well as on the correct plugs.
Thanks for tip, I will check the cables routing.
Question is, why during slow free acceleration engine rev up normally, but at fast open of throttle it starts to shake and misfiring.
