#3 and 7 off a bit
My mechanic did a test on my truck with his snap on scanner a couple of weeks ago and buzz test was good but 3 and 7 came back as being out of balance? I borrowed a black cps from a friend and no real difference. The truck misses at idle and gets worse as it warms up. I also notice it quite bad around 40 mph up to about 55.
Any ideas where I should start ?

What percent were they? with an auto trans you can see up to 5% pretty easy.
The miss can be the gray CPS if that is what you have. That would only account for it at idle though. Is your high speed miss the same with O/D on and off?
