alrt so ive posted before im dropping a d50 in the front of my 91 ranger w/4.0....
now my suspension decision has come around and since i love leaf springs im stuck on which ones to use for the ranger...if it were my jeep id use xj cherokee rears and stretch wheelbase but thats not the case anymore.
anybody know donor springs from another vehicle that "would not" or barely interfere with my front wheel base.
Just a question, why on earth would you want to put leaf springs under the front of a Ranger?
That is a great question! If the truck is going to see a lot of off-road, a coil sprung front end with a d50 would be a better choice. More flex has its advantages.
