My partner and I are interested in purchasing a new truck for our one-year anniversary (yippee!) and we were wondering what truck is considered the manliest.
I've seen some pretty bad-*** trucks out there but, I don't want us to come across as "trying too hard", I just want people to see us and think "Wow, now there's a couple of manly guys right there!"
Welcome to FTE unablogr. Probably a good 'middle of the road' between Richard Simmons and John Wayne is an F150 (Supercab for the extra room to haul your manly things), with somewhat aggressive tires (maybe BF Goodrich All terrains, no more than one size over stock)... and a slightly louder exhaust. There are a bunch of good companies on the market who make items like that.
Of course, I am on the other end of the spectrum as I drive a V10 powered, crew cab F350... but I think the truck I mentioned above is the best mix of all worlds. Good luck in your searching.
Thank you for your response and for your suggestion! We were looking at the F150 but, I was worried about room. The supercab might be the solution though. Is there enough room to *sleep* in them?

Depends on what kind of 'sleeping' we are talking about. I have both slept, and slept in mine
