UPDATE. Shudder problem fixed !
As mentioned in earlier post I had a shudder or rumble strip problem at 45 mph just after shifting in od. I had trans flushed no fix. After reading thread upon thread decided to try changing plugs and wires. While doing I found #2 plug loose and the boot was rusty colored. Changing plugs on a 4.6 wasnot that bad . took me around 3 hrs, Bought a 5/8 swivel socket and a set of locking extensions from sears and thats all I needed for tools was a good exuse to tell my wife so I could by more tools hehe, Lubed threads of plugs with anti sieze and put a dab of silicone o ring lube on boots. She ran like a new truck. Thanks for looking
