Replacement Body Part ?

Replacement Body Part ?
My 06 f150 fx4 flareside recently got in a fight with a wire fence and it ripped off the piece between cab and tire right below step including the rubber piece that goes on top of the step. I wanted to see what the cost of replacing the entire panel and step piece would be compared to getting just that spot fixed if they can. I have looked all over the internet for the parts and I cant find them. Is this somehing that I would have to order from a dealership or local auto body shop? Thanks for your help
