Mobile 1 oil
Am I correct in my understanding...
Mobile 1 oil comes in regular and synthetic verions ?
Older trucks, such as mine with 100k miles should stay away from synhetics as they soften up seals, which might already be too worn with high mileage trucks?

Mobil is your dinosaur oil
Mobil 1 is synthetic
If your engine doesn't leak and is in decent mechaical condition switching should be no problem. If youe engine is leaking already the synthetic will leak just the same.
