Frame Rail Profile

I am curious if anyone has a link, picture or drawing of the 1999-2003 f350 frame rail side profile?

I am about to begin a project involving a 1999 in which I will be shortening the frame considerably. I don't have the donor truck yet and I am wanting to start making preparations for when it arrives.

I have done quite a bit searching with little to no results

Any help would be great!

Give me your email and I can send you all the frame dimensional information from my '03 Service Manual.

I just emailed you a PDF of all the frame/underbody dimensions, let me know if you don't get it.

Glad to help!

I should point out, after using those to check my frame, I believe the vertical height of the middle hold on the frame rail is not correct. It is grossly off by several inches. Other than that, everything else seems to be correct. I've been wanting to get a later copy of the service manual to see if that is corrected, but haven't gotten it yet.

I am not worried about the exact measurements so much as the profile.
I will be shortening the wheel base to 105" and I wanted to compare the general profile.
There is to be some fabbing of body mounts, but I hope to remove sections of the frame to keep that to a minimum.
