New (used) 315 Kuhmo Road Ventures on my 2006 F250!!! PICS

Was looking at buying these exact tires for the past month on TireRack for around $1200! Found them on craigslist all for $365!!! Have 12/32s tread left. I was so excited I almost punched my computer.

Khumo Road Venture MTs. 315/70R17 on stock 7.5" rim.

Truck has no lift, but previous owner told me it has a "snow plow prep package." Not sure if that means it is higher in front or not. Tires don't even try to hit at full lock!

What do you think? (Other than how bad I need my windows tinted. lol First on the list for when it gets warm out)

After

Nope. Just need to reinstall the pull latch for the sliding rear window before i get them tinted. And glue won't stick well in the cold.

To be honest, they are half as loud as I though they would be. Very smooth driving as well.

Were those the revo's or the revo 2's in the first pic? If they are the 2's how did you like them? I had 2 sets on the orginal revo's and loved them on my f-150 but the just don't look aggressive enough for a Superduty IMO.

Looks great!

The snow plow package has heavier springs in the front, so it does sit a little higher. I guess you could think of it as a "factory leveling kit".

Gotcha. That's kind of what I thought but wasn't sure.

Yep. They are Revo 2s. Only bought the truck a month ago so don't know much about how they drove. But they seem like real nice tires.

I have them for sale if you want them? Still have 10/32" tread. $350 (see craigslist below)
Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 tires 285/70R17 Lots of tread left!!!

Let me know!

I appreciate the offer, I was just wondering. A guy I work with had the revo 2's and said they sucked, but he is also a chevy guy so his mind is warped anyways. No I am sold on BFG's but if I ever lift it like I want, I sure do like those toyo m/t's. sorry to get off topic.

The dualers they replaced would be better in the snow/hardpacked snow but they look good though. Maybe considering getting them siped. I always viewed buying used tires in a similar sense as buying used condoms but, If it works I guess.
