right now i got a 2500hd duramax, im in the market for a newer powerstroke, but i dont want to keep putting miles on my trucks, i use em for work, and DD, but all i would use the ranger for is beating the ***** off it, and commuting to school 63 miles away and back.

wait 63 there/63 back or 63 all together? if its 63 both ways id run the truck and just buy some eco performance parts for it. programmer...a buddy of mine did a complete hydrogen conversion on his and (before sold) he was getting like 60-70 mpg in town

i think its 63 one way, idk i havent started there yet lol but well find out. worst comes to worst, ill get a nice old jetta tdi. but i want the ranger because i can take the dmax off the road, sell it at the year end, drive the ranger thru the winter, and then get a new diesel come spring, like a 6.0 or 6.4 psd.
