1978 f-350 = 1978 (1977 & 1979 same) F350 Regular Cab Camper Special.

Before serial number Y20,001 = High Boy / From serial number Y20,001 = Not a High Boy.
F350's on the 140" wheelbase: 1973/76 Super Camper Special / 1973/79 Regular Cab Trailer Special / 1977/79 Regular Cab Camper Special.
Ford dropped "Super" from the name after the end of the 1976 model run.
