I just put hawk lts pads at all for corners, what a difference. The front was done in April, and last week the rear started squealing. Since I was so impressed with the hawks on the front, I got another set for the rear. Anyone thinking about hawk pads, get them. Well worth the money I spent. And the stopping power is incredible. Better braking than ever before
There is a warranty, but I don't think it was lifetime. All of the "lifetime" pads I have had over the years have been very dusty. these pads put out very little dust. I will take that over the lifetime guaranty
Are the Hawk lts pads gentle on the rotors? I have the 2 wheel driver and the front rotors are $300 each. I don't want to replace them if It can be avoided.
They are gentle on the rotors. Mine are not warped, so that is all I'm really basing it on
Gerry, normally my commission would be 10%, but then we will have to convert it from American money to whatever you Canadians use. I don't have any use for French Canadian pesos, so I will wave the commission this time lol
Gerry, I just remembered that you wanted these for the one ton. Go with the red box, severe duty.we put those on the 350s and 550s at the lumber yard. They will help a ton when pulling the fifth wheel
