2003 f150

i have a 2003 f150 super crew 4.6 v8. It has started using about a quart of oil per week. I cant find any evidence of an oil leak, no oil is leaking on the ground, the motor is clean. I also checked my exhaust but there is no residue in the exhaust pipe and doesn't smoke. Please help

Have you change the pcv valve yet(motorcraft is the way to go)
