What gears do I need to run for 11" lift with 39.5 sawmpers?
I want to go 456 but the shop is telling me to go 488 isnt 488 overkill? The truck is only going to be for pavement use mostly no towing or anything like that.
thanks guys!
i'd say to go with 5.38s..... or 5.13s if available.
with 5.38s u'll be running about the same as a stock truck with 4.10s..... i wish i'd have gone with them vice the 4.56s since when i increase my tire size i will have to regear again.
As much as I want to see some pictures of your truck with the new height PLEASE DO NOT post any pictures. I liked my truck with the 4" lift then I saw your tuck with the 6" and liked it more. I then had to add a body lift to get a little more height now your going up again. Your truck is my trucks hero but I cant go any more because this is my daily driver, so please don't make me wish mine was bigger again

You could run those same 39.5" TSLs he is w/cut-outs on your truck. Here's an example of that:
Here's what that truck has:
And has since added hydraulic assist steering.
Pretty good setup for off roading.
Hey DC I was thinking about them a little bit, but decided against them. However if you would let me bring my sawzall over to your place i'll put some on yours for practice. I saw the same truck in 4-wheeler too. Another thing i'm cheap and I can get my 315's for about $85 each. I don't think that would touch a 39.5.
Sorry Hobert I have the sickness! I just put my 4.5" hanger kit on and am proboably going up to 8" spings soon! Mine is not a daily driver though it sits until the weekends!

You bring the sawzall and the flares (already painted to match of course) and you can practice all you want
If you cross your paint code over to rustoleum i'll get the paint and the saw. You get the flares. I don't know which ones you want, the ones with the exposed screws or the smooth ones.
