A while back I was looking for input in regard to a windshield that didn't fit properly in my '57 F100.
I had to take a little time off to deal with a couple of kidney stones, and now I can finish the story.
A couple of you responded and Daryl provided a phone number of the vendor he used for his glass.
We removed the windshield and set it in place without the rubber and found it was about 5/16" too short at the top and maybe more like 3/8" at the passenger side top corner. This was the second AGP windshield we had tried. The body shop doing the work for was able to verify (by calling the number Daryl provided)that LOF did make one and was able to get one.
Yesterday, we installed the new one and it fits great.
Thanks to those of you who responded. I really enjoy this forum
Thanks for letting us all know. I've got to do something similar at some point and I've got this info put away to save me the frustration you went through. Thanks again.
Hey, just glad I could finally be a help to someone in some capacity here on FTE !! I get lots of help but never seem to return the favor, so I'm glad things worked out for you!
Hey Daryl, you may have helped him, but now I am worried that my windshield in the storage shed won't fit when I get to that point. I never knew that some were cut too small! So, way to go. I probably won't get a wink of sleep until I get to trial fit it, LOL. Signed: paranoid John in Sacramento.

Welp, guess that was my 15 minutes of fame... and POOF, it's back to screwing up left and right again! LOL...
