Question oil cooler

have the pieces to resolve my issue....thanks RiffRaff and Diesel-O-rings...questions...do I need to drain the rad...or just the heater element orifice...do I need to drain the oil pan...or just drop the filter????

If it's the way the SD 7.3 is, you will need to drain the radiator. My oil was already drained when I did mine, but I'm guessing yes.

Drain both the radiator and the heating element. Also drain the oil since you will get coolant into the pan when you pull the cooler off. I did and just did mine yesterday.

My oil only had maybe 500mi on it. Sucks, but oh well.
