Info / manual needed
I have a love for the odd and old tools. Sometimes I like the case or box to the tool just as much. Anyway, I was given this PowerFlo Wheel Balancer for Christmas, but there isn't a manual with it and I cannot find anything about it on the web.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it clamps to the wheel internally, and somehow comes to rest pointing at the spot you need to add weight.
