vacuum question
Hey i just recently bought a 97 f-150 4x4 5 speed , it did have a 4.6 but the motor has been replaced with a carbureted 351w and i have been working on vacuum lines and what not where the 4x4 solinoids are there is about 5 nipples for vacuum on a connector thats not connected to the engine. my question is does all of them run off manifold vacuum?

Are you trying to get the 4 x 4 to work, or just fine hoses to plug into all the ports ? Some of the manifolds have plugs on them if they are not all used. If your trying to get the 4 x 4 to work, you need manifold vacuum into the solenoids, the a hose out of each solenoid to the vacuum cylinder on the front axle pumpkin.
