Last night was ok. Back kind of where I started I think. Not any worse like monday was that's for sure. If friday goes well I might even try a second set of reps next week.

I had cut down on portions a while ago. But it seems harder to keep to now. Still a long way from the stack of empty plates at the all you can eat places I used to do. Pancake and eggs this morning. Cooked in bacon grease. Had the last of the bacon yesterday with left over biscuits. Have a veggie tray to snack on the rest of the day. Left over beef and noodles for tonight. A left over chili cheese dog with onions and corn chips for lunch if I want it.

well, my NY resolution is still holding true, I weighed in this morning at almost 10 lbs less than November. I am pretty excited about that, in fact, at random times since we bought the Wii, I have weighed myself, and I haven't been this weight since January 2009.

Way to go Curtis. I think I found some of the 10 pounds and need to pass them on. I have done well up until last weekend.

Coolness. Had an old problem with my shoulder that I thought had healed itself. I was wrong. Did my monday stuff but missed wednesday and friday. I did clean house mostly my self this week. So the boys got off easy on the chores they are supposed to do and I was a bit more active.

Well, I haven't weighed myself since saturday, but I had lost another 2 or so lbs.Since that time. I just noticed on my belt, that I have cinched it up two holes compared to what it used to be. I don't know when that actually happened.

came in at 205 lbs today! That's 15 lbs since January!

so if you stop to think about that... that's 15 tubs of butter.. I think I will go to the supermarket and pick up 15 lbs of butter and just imagine myself carrying those in my body for more motivation.

I buy margarine in 3 lb. tubs. So just 5 tubs fer me. Use the empty containers fer parts cleaning.

Congrats!. I've been on a diet fer the last 2 weeks. Haven't weighed but my belly fat seems looser. No starvin marvins yet. Hope I can avoid them this time. Fact I have been having trouble eating. Have to force myself to eat a good portion of the time. My legs are starting to get some feeling back in them. But that is not as good as it sounds. Pain, and a good portion of it comes with that. Just hope my bad leg can hold out till my good leg heel heals.

They take my blood pressure twice a week when I give plasma, today was the first time ever they had told me that my bp was perfect! In the past, it has been high-very high and on several occasions, they rejected me because of it. maybe this diet thing is starting to pay off?

They put me on drugs. Yesterday at the dr.'s I was 113/68. They said that was great. Sounded low to me. But I didn't think 140/90 was bad.

Good for you guys, making great progress. I somewhat tried but didn't get too far. Matt needs to chime in here since the last time he talked to me I was thinking that he was down 50 lbs in the past 6 months or so?

I really need to get off my lazy rump and work out, I walk a couple miles every day over my lunch break and have a slim-slow but it doesn't get me as far as it did a few years ago when I was trying to lose weight then.
