ok i have a 1991 e150 van 5.0 aod. truck has 157000 miles
engine has 17000 and aod trans has 20 miles on it. the throttle
body screw has been moved and i need to get it back to factory position so i can set the new tps.. i have looked every where for this info. people keep saying set tps to .998 ok well i can have the throttle body open 1/8th throttle and set tps to .998 well i know someone knows how to do this and if you you could please enlighten me on the procedure that would be very cool

This has been discussed, but I'll run thru it the way I learned it:
Warm up the engine, then unplug the IAC. Adjust the throttle stop screw so the engine ALMOST runs, but dies after a second or two. Plug the IAC back in & clear the codes.
